At STUDIO PROPER, we're committed to getting your order to you safely and on time. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping options, delivery timeframes, and tracking.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended — we'll keep you informed if there are any delays.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer two shipping options for customers within Australia:

  • Standard ground shipping is fulfilled via Australia Post.
  • Trackable courier is recommended for time-sensitive orders or higher-value items.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, particularly for regional and remote areas.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also track your order directly through:

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information before placing your order.


Restrictions & Exclusions

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, public holidays).
  • STUDIO PROPER is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions in certain regions. Any restrictions will be noted on the relevant product page.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for courier deliveries — a street address is required.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our team at hello@studioproper.com.au with your order number and we'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
